With less than a month to go until the 2025 NFL Draft, the Jacksonville Jaguars are one of the teams with the most flexibility this year. Holding 10 picks, including the No. 5 overall selection, the team is expected to take steps toward becoming a Super Bowl contender.
PFSN’s latest seven-round 2025 NFL Mock Draft from Brentley Weissman breaks down all 10 of the Jaguars’ picks, which include a defensive tackle, a cornerback, and a wide receiver at the top of the draft haul.

5) Mason Graham, DT, Michigan
The Jaguars had the second-worst defense in the entire league last season, per PFSN’s Defense+ metric, and after failing to make significant upgrades in free agency, Weissman predicts they will pursue Michigan’s Mason Graham with the fifth overall pick.
Weissman wrote, “Graham is a stout and relentless force at defensive tackle and was the leader of Michigan’s remarkable defense over the last few seasons. The Jacksonville Jaguars need building blocks to right the ship, and I can’t think of a better player to insert into this defense than Graham. His tenacity, play strength, and effort would be a welcomed addition.”
Graham has a knack for interior penetration and stout run defending and will make a big difference for the Jaguars’ defense in 2025.
36) Shavon Revel Jr., CB, East Carolina
The Jaguars are also in dire need of secondary help and are projected to steal Shavon Revel Jr. in the second round of Weissman’s mock draft. The East Carolina CB has an impressive combination of height, length, and speed that can’t be taught at the cornerback position and brings much-needed excitement to Jacksonville’s secondary, which, like the entire defense, was one of the worst in the league.
“Shavon Revel Jr. would have likely been a first-round pick had he not suffered a torn ACL early on in the season. He is an instinctive and fluid cover corner who can come in and compete for snaps outside with the Jaguars.”
70) Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas
The Jaguars lack a potent receiving threat beyond Brian Thomas Jr., their only receiver to top 1,000 yards last season. Weissman predicts they will pursue Texas WR Isaiah Bond, who posted 34 receptions, 540 yards, and five touchdowns on a stacked Texas offense last season.
“The Jaguars released Christian Kirk this offseason and now have a need at receiver opposite their superstar second-year player Brian Thomas Jr. Adding a speed demon like Isaiah Bond and playing him alongside Thomas seems unfair.”
88) Terrance Ferguson, TE, Oregon
Jacksonville’s offense underachieved last season, finishing No. 18 in PFSN’s Offense+ metric. While tight end Brenton Strange was decent with 411 receiving yards, the Jaguars are predicted to give Trevor Lawrence a new weapon in Oregon’s Terrance Ferguson, who posted 43 catches for 591 yards last season.
“A pre-draft riser, Terrance Ferguson continues to climb draft boards following a very impressive combine workout. With Engram gone, adding an athletic tight end to help win over the middle of the field makes a lot of sense.”
107) Ajani Cornelius, OT, Oregon
The Jaguars ranked 22nd in PFSN’s OL+ metric, and while they have been very active in free agency so far — adding Robert Hainsey, Chuma Edoga, and Patrick Mekari — none of them give this line a feel of significant improvement. That’s why Weissman predicts they will select another Oregon star in Ajani Cornelius, who’s widely dubbed a potential starting tackle.
126) Jonas Sanker, S, Virginia
The Jaguars added Eric Murray to their safety room after losing Andre Cisco in free agency. Weissman predicts they will further boost the room with Virginia’s Jonas Sanker, and while he may not get the nod ahead of Murray at the start, he has the size and fluidity to manage space in two-deep coverage and would serve Jacksonville well in the foreseeable future.
142) Sai’vion Jones, EDGE, LSU
While the Jaguars have one of the NFL’s best pass-rushing duos — Josh Hines-Allen and Travon Walker — they lack depth at the position and would look to fill the No. 3 edge role at some point in the draft. In this scenario, they take LSU’s Sai’vion Jones, who had his best season as a senior in 2024 with 40 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks.
182) Kalel Mullings, RB, Michigan
The Jaguars need help in the running game, especially a No. 3 RB. With this draft class loaded with runners, Weissman predicts they will pursue Michigan’s Kalel Mullings. He brings a bruising, north-south running style to the table, having rushed for a career-best 948 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2024.
194) Clay Webb, OG, Jacksonville State
Jacksonville continues to add protection for Lawrence with offensive guard Clay Webb. While he may not be an immediate starter, Webb’s exceptional run blocking adds great depth to Jacksonville’s line.
221) Rylie Mills, DT, Notre Dame
The Jaguars wrap up the 2025 NFL Draft with another addition to the defense in Notre Dame’s Rylie Mills, who is coming off a career-best 7.5-sack season. Mills played all 13 games last season, posting 37 combined tackles (19 solo) and 18 assists.
