    In its second year as a standalone event, the NFL‘s joint venture with the Big 12 will showcase the second-ever conference-wide Pro Day. With the talent coming out of the Big 12 for the 2025 NFL Draft, this event is one fans won’t want to miss.

    Big names like Colorado Buffaloes quarterback Shedeur Sanders and wide receiver/cornerback Travis Hunter will headline the showcase, but with a deep pool of talent available, NFL teams will be watching closely. Here’s everything you need to know about the Big 12 Pro Day.

    How To Watch the 2025 Big 12 Pro Day

    The Big 12 Pro Day will be televised live from March 19 to 21. Each day, a specific group of players will take the field for workouts. With over 200 players trying out and nearly 300 scouts in attendance, the Pro Day is set to be one of the biggest scouting events of the year.

    The event has drawn interest from around the NFL, and the league’s collaboration with the Big 12 has helped make it a major showcase. As a result, the event will be nationally televised on NFL Network.

    • March 19 and 20: The event will be broadcast live for three hours, starting at 1 p.m. ET.
    • Streaming: Coverage will also be available on NFL+, with additional content on NFL digital and social channels.

    Full 2025 Big 12 Pro Day Schedule

    Held at The Star in Frisco, Texas, the Big 12’s decision to host a conference-wide Pro Day provides a unique opportunity for players and scouts alike. Notably, this will be the first scouting event for Sanders, who skipped the NFL Scouting Combine.

    Instead of participating in Indianapolis, the son of Deion Sanders opted to watch from the sidelines. Now, all eyes will be on him when the Big 12 Pro Day unfolds over three days, starting Wednesday, March 19.

    The event will be open to the public, with access available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT on the first two days. On March 21, the final session will run from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CT.

    • March 19: Offensive linemen, defensive linemen, and linebackers will take the field.
    • March 20: Quarterbacks, tight ends, running backs, wide receivers, and defensive backs will showcase their skills.
    • March 21: The event concludes with a special teams showcase.

    • Quarterbacks and Wide Receivers Workout Begins: 12:45 p.m. ET
    • Running Backs and Tight Ends Workout Ends: 1:45 p.m. ET
    • Defensive Backs Workout Begins: 3:15 p.m. ET
    • Quarterbacks and Wide Receivers Workout Ends: 4:15 p.m. ET

    Friday, March 21

    • Specialists Workout Begins: 10:15 a.m. ET
    • Specialists Workout Ends: 1:15 p.m. ET

    For the most anticipated Big 12 prospects, the must-watch day will be March 20. After skipping the NFL Scouting Combine, this will be the first chance for scouts to evaluate Sanders in live drills alongside quarterbacks Gerry Bohanon, Donovan Smith, and Alan Bowman.

    Meanwhile, reigning Heisman Trophy winner Hunter has insisted on playing both cornerback and wide receiver in the NFL. He plans to work out in both groups on March 20.

    It remains to be seen how the 2025 NFL Draft unfolds, but this conference-wide Pro Day will play a crucial role in shaping the stock of Big 12 prospects.
