The build-up to the 2022 NFL free agency period has been exciting and dramatic. With the excitement levels only set to grow as out-of-contract players can begin to negotiate with other teams, let’s take a look at how you can watch the NFL’s coverage of the 2022 “free agency frenzy.”

How to watch NFL free agency

NFL Network will kick off its “Free Agency Frenzy” coverage for the 2022 offseason on Sunday. The first show will go live at 1 PM ET on Sunday, March 13. With the legal tampering window not opening for another day, this coverage will likely be previewing the action and reporting on the latest news and rumors from around the league.

The Free Agency Frenzy programming will then be live on air from 11 AM Monday through Wednesday. On Thursday, Free Agency Frenzy will once again go live on NFL Network from 1 PM ET.

Pro Football Network will be keeping you up to date on all the latest news

PFN Daily will air each weekday during next week. Hosts Cody Roark and Tommy Garrett will provide a recap and instant analysis of the news from around the league. They will be joined during the week by PFN’s NFL Insiders and Analysts, including Adam Beasley, Aaron Wilson, Mike Kaye, and Dalton Miller.

On Monday and Tuesday, PFN Daily will be going live from 2:30 PM ET on our YouTube Channel. We will then be with you live to cover all the latest as the new league year begins on Wednesday, March 16.

What other coverage of the 2022 NFL free agency will the NFL provide?

The day on NFL Network will start as normal with Good Morning Football kicking off all the action at 7 AM ET. Around the table for the week of free agency will be Kay Adams, Shaun O’Hara, Peter Schrager, and Kyle Brandt, with Will Selva providing news updates.

NFL Network is expanding their NFL Total Access programming from Monday to be a two-hour-long special beginning at 7 PM ET. The show will round up all of the day’s news and provide the latest news reports.

NFL Total Access will be presented by MJ Acosta-Ruiz and Mike Yam. Meanwhile, Bucky Brooks, David Carr, James Jones, Maurice Jones-Drew, Willie McGinest, Scott Pioli, and Adam Rank will provide analysis. Sunday’s total access will remain in its normal spot as a one-hour-long show.

Alongside these two shows, a new edition of the Around the NFL podcast will be available each day during the week. Dan Hanzus, Gregg Rosenthal, and Marc Sessler be recapping all of the latest news and free agent signings.
