Did you have Minnesota Vikings QB Kirk Cousins in your fantasy football rankings as the QB1 overall through the first three weeks of the NFL season? Yeah, me neither.
Every NFL week gives us another chance to get these rankings right, which means we need to get ready to set our starting fantasy football lineups.
We do the research here at Pro Football Network so you can feel confident that you’re putting together the best possible lineup to help dominate your matchup. With that in mind, here are my Week 4 fantasy football WR rankings.

The Top QB To Start in Week 4
Joe Burrow, QB, Cincinnati Bengals
We start one off with a bit of a controversial selection, but if Joe Burrow is available for the matchup against the Tennessee Titans… he needs to be in your lineup.
Ja'Marr Chase says lack of deep ball targets has nothing to do with Joe Burrow's calf. "Defenses are not letting us beat them over top." pic.twitter.com/uWn6Ffvgse
— Mike Petraglia (@Trags)
The Titans’ pass defense is practically giving away yardage every week in 2023.
Week 1: 282 passing yards allowed
Week 2: 281 passing yards allowed
Week 3: 263 passing yards allowed
When you realize that two of these games came against the New Orleans Saints and Cleveland Browns — two teams who aren’t exactly considered elite passing offenses — this secondary could be having issues like this all season long.
I’m well aware Burrow is not 100% — if available at all — for Week 4, but I don’t see how the Titans can slow down Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins if Burrow is in the lineup.
Anthony Richardson, QB, Indianapolis Colts
Anthony Richardson was well on his way to a monster fantasy outing in Week 2 against the Houston Texans before suffering a concussion, which ended his day prematurely.
What we have seen from Richardson under center before his injury is nothing short of fantasy gold.

Richardson is tied with Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts for most rushing TDs from the QB position so far this season, and that comes with Richardson having played six fewer quarters than Hurts this season.
If he can pick up where he left off in Week 2 and prove his hot start wasn’t a fluke, then Richardson is already flirting with must-start potential at the quarterback position.
