The options for fantasy football managers when it comes to available quarterbacks are shrinking on a weekly basis. With just eight teams left in contention, our Divisional Round QB rankings look at how fantasy managers can balance them when making decisions this week. Who should we trust this weekend, and who is a risky option for your lineup?
Divisional Round Fantasy Football QB Rankings
The below rankings are intended as a guide for standard scoring formats. They do not take into account individual league rules and setups. Whether you are partaking in Underdog Fantasy Best Ball drafts, playing other DFS formats, or in a playoff redraft league, these rankings can help you decide who to rely on this week.
1. Josh Allen | BUF vs. CIN
2. Patrick Mahomes | KC vs. JAX
3. Jalen Hurts | PHI vs. NYG
4. Joe Burrow | CIN @ BUF
5. Brock Purdy | SF vs. DAL
6. Dak Prescott | DAL @ SF
7. Trevor Lawrence | JAX @ KC
8. Daniel Jones | NYG @ PHI
The options this week are really intriguing at the QB position. It did not always look pretty for Allen in the Wild Card Round, but he found his way to a big day with 352 passing yards and three touchdowns. It is hard to bet against him or Mahomes this weekend.
Hurts is the really intriguing option this week, having played just once in the last four weeks. There is every chance he could be rusty, but his ability to run the ball makes him really enticing. Lawrence and Jones are boom-or-bust options with their styles. Jones’ value is more based on his ability to use his legs, while Lawrence finished with four touchdowns last week and could be in for a shoot out against the Kansas City Chiefs.
