Fantasy Kicker Rankings Conference Championships: Harrison Butker, Evan McPherson, and More

Who sits atop our Conference Championship kicker rankings this week, and which option might disappoint fantasy managers at a crucial time?

One of the toughest options to judge from week to week in fantasy football is the kicker position. In our Conference Championship kicker rankings, we examine which of the four kickers on show this week should be the one you trust in your lineup.

The below rankings are intended as a guide for standard scoring formats. They do not take into account individual league rules and setups. If you are tired of deciding between kicker options, then head over to Underdog Fantasy and check out their range of kicker-free games.

1. Harrison Butker | KC vs. CIN
2. Evan McPherson | CIN @ KC
3. Robbie Gould | SF @ PHI
4. Jake Elliott | PHI vs. SF

It has been a tough season for Butker, with just a 75% success rate on field goals, including three of seven from 50-plus yards. However, Butker has been perfect over his last two games. He has gone seven of seven on extra points and three for three on field goals. Last week, Butker kicked two field goals from 50 yards, and with Mahomes potentially hurt, we could see him with plenty of opportunities this week.

McPherson has had a difficult second campaign, with an 82.8% field goal success rate and a 90.9% extra point success rate. However, the man that put his name on the map in the playoffs last year has been virtually perfect in the postseason again, connecting on three field goals and four extra points through the last two weeks.

Gould missed just one extra point this season but struggled more on field goals, missing five of his 32 attempts. He was perfect on his two attempts from over 50 yards but missed four times between 40 and 49 yards. However, in the past two weeks, Gould has been a perfect 12 from 12 on kicks.

Despite playing in 16 games, Elliott’s value was hampered by limited field goal opportunities. With the Philadelphia Eagles offense clicking, he has averaged fewer than 1.5 field goals per game while kicking more than three extra points per game. The potentially limited field goal opportunities make it tough to trust Elliott in lineups this week.
