It’s safe to say both Jason and Travis Kelce get a big part of their charisma from their mom, Donna Kelce. Recently, Donna spilled the beans on a few of the family secrets and gave fans a deeper insight into the football star’s various personality traits.
The segment started with a banger when Momma Kelce was asked which brother was better at keeping a family secret. She replied, “Jason is a blabbermouth.”
The next question went back to the time when these men were little boys; the interviewer asked Donna which one of them was tougher to wake up in the morning for school, to which she said: “Travis, we’d have to go in there sometimes and threaten him or throwing water on him, and I found out later he was up late texting people at night.”
In the third question, when the interviewer asked her who was a better cook among the brothers, Donna confessed that neither of them knew how to cook.

Donna was asked who is more likely to ruin a family. While both the brothers like to have a little fun, she admitted the Kansas City Chiefs star as the potential culprit and said, “Travis was always one doing something silly. He would do something weird with his mouth, put his hands up there, and so, you know, do one of those.”
When asked who was the better and the worse liar among the Kelce brothers, she replied: “Jason does not lie. He has no filter, and he’s made me cry. I remember Jason one time I had used the wrong hair color on my hair, and it was like a fiery red, almost as bright as this jacket. He said, ‘Mom, I want two Big Macs and an order of fries.’ He said I looked just like Ronald McDonald.”
Who Is Travis and Jason Kelce’s Mom, Donna?
A Cleveland native, Donna was raised by her father and stepmom, Mary, who she calls “a wonderful human being” after losing her mom at just 12 years old.
Mary was the one who let Donna have fun with sports while her dad was against it, which helped Momma Kelce compete at the Junior Olympics in track and field and even win.
Donna was the first woman in her family to graduate from Ohio University and later get an MBA from Baldwin Wallace.
After completing her education, she spent 30 years in banking in various companies like Truist and Bank One, where she specialized in Underwriting Funds and Direct Affordable Housing Projects.
