Super Bowl-winning tight end Dallas Goedert could be on the move this offseason, after seven years with the Philadelphia Eagles. With just days until the 2025 NFL Draft, NFL insider Jordan Schulz revealed that there is a belief among teams that the Eagles would accept draft compensation in a trade.
Goedert is entering the final year of his contract and, at 30 years old, will likely want some long-term security. With several teams having room for improvement at tight end, there should be plenty of interest. Here are five potential landing spots for the star tight end.

Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts are the most obvious candidates here, for multiple reasons. The Colts have been linked with either Tyler Warren or Colston Loveland in almost every 2025 Mock Draft you read, with the team crying out for a true starter at the position.
The Colts also have a strong connection to Goedert already, through their head coach, Shane Steichen. Steichen was the offensive coordinator for the Eagles in 2021 and 2022 before taking the head coaching job in Indianapolis.
Los Angeles Chargers
The Los Angeles Chargers are another team that has been linked with Loveland in Mock Drafts and could use another receiving option. Ladd McConkey was phenomenal in his rookie year, but Justin Herbert had very little help outside of that. The team signed former New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin in free agency, but to an affordable one-year deal.
Goedert would immediately step in as the team’s starter and add a big-bodied receiving threat to an offense that desperately needs it.
Los Angeles Rams
The Los Angeles Rams could also use a top tight end with question marks around the long-term effects of Tyler Higbee’s devastating knee injury in January 2024. Higbee tore both his ACL and MCL and missed all but three games of the 2024 regular season. Having kept Matthew Stafford and signed Davante Adams this offseason, the Rams have one goal in 2025, and Goedert could help them achieve it.
New York Jets
While the Chargers signed Conklin in free agency, the New York Jets acquired former Chargers tight end Stone Smartt. Smartt flashed in 2024 but is a long way from the kind of confidence-inspiring addition the Jets need on offense. Goedert would be the secondary weapon in the Jets’ passing game behind only Garrett Wilson, allowing the team to focus on other areas in the draft.
Tennessee Titans
The Titans may be a less obvious pick here, but the team went all out in 2024 to provide Will Levis with top receivers to throw to. The team does have Chigoziem Okonkwo, but Goedert would represent an upgrade and provide the offense with an experienced head. The team would still need to invest in its receiver room, which is bleak behind Calvin Ridley.
If the Titans want to give potential new quarterback Cam Ward the best possible start to his NFL career, signing Goedert could be a good start.
