As the Kansas City Chiefs continue to lick their wounds from the Super Bowl 59 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s relationship continues to live in the background. With Swift appearing at games to support her boyfriend, it only makes sense that Kelce feels a need to support his girlfriend.
As a feud runs its course with one of Swift’s former friends, Kelce has seen it appropriate to cut ties with Swift’s friend’s husband. Here’s what went down.

Travis Kelce Sends Message to Ryan Reynolds
According to TMZ, the Kansas City Chiefs superstar took to Instagram to make a move that upset players often pull on their teams: hitting the unfollow button. Kelce unfollowed actor Ryan Reynolds, the husband of Blake Lively, who is involved in a spat with Swift.
Swift’s drama with Lively allegedly began as a result of the recent “It Ends with Us” film. Swift reportedly felt she was being used, filing a lawsuit as a result. She was allegedly called a “dragon” for the film, and she hated the term.
Lively and Swift were seen watching Kelce at Super Bowl 58, but were not seen together at Super Bowl 59.
With Swift and Kelce’s relationship continuing, one of Kelce’s roles is to support her during her struggles. If that means burning a bridge with one of Hollywood’s biggest names, so be it.
Kelce Makes Additional Change, This One Potentially Following Patrick Mahomes’ Example
After years of his trademark haircut, Patrick Mahomes famously switched to a more conventional, shorter cut. Now, Kelce has a new look to go with his changing follower list.
According to Yahoo Entertainment, new photos show the Chiefs’ tight end with a different style. He was seen wearing a Tribeca hat, a chain, glasses, and was beardless.

Kelce had a full beard at Super Bowl 59, but now only has stubble. The reason for the change is unknown. Any connection to Mahomes’ haircut change could be a coincidence, but both players now have shorter hair after the NFL Draft than they did at the Super Bowl.
According to People, Swift and Kelce have spent the tight end’s offseason “traveling non-stop.” They are “enjoying it,” according to a source.
Swift and Kelce are also “very serious and in sync,” a source told the publication.
“They value the same things. Right now, the focus is very much on private time out of the spotlight.”
They still have three months of the offseason left to enjoy before training camp begins at the end of July.
