While Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs work through the offseason after their quest for a three-peat ended at the hands of the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 59, the quarterback also found some downtime to heal with his family.
Brittany Mahomes Shares Motivational Quote
He was spotted courtside at his alma mater, Texas Tech’s basketball game, alongside his wife, Brittany Mahomes, on Feb. 24.
The following day, Brittany Mahomes, a certified fitness trainer, shared an Instagram story that presented a picture of the gym alongside a poster with a seven-word motivational quote:
“You will pass out before you die.”
It has been just a month since Brittany Mahomes gave birth to her third child, Golden Raye, yet she is already back in the gym. This is a given, as her love for health saw her found her company, Brittany Lynne Fitness which provides guided fitness programs to customers.
Speaking of her love for her fitness, Brittany Mahomes is also a former soccer player. She played at the University of Texas, becoming the first player in the women’s soccer program to score three hat-tricks in a single season and career in 2016. She also played as a forward for Icelandic club UMF Afturelding.
She retired from soccer in 2017 and co-owns the Kansas City Current, a National Women’s Soccer League team.
Meanwhile, the Mahomes family has celebrated the kid’s back-to-back birthdays since December. Brittany Mahomes celebrated her daughter Sterling Skye’s fourth birthday, alongside Patrick Mahomes and their other children, with a party on Feb. 23.
In a video she posted on Instagram, Patrick Mahomes is seen spending time with Sterling at a “Bluey”-themed party, complete with bright balloons, an arcade, and an artistic cake.

In a similar fashion, the two also celebrated their son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III’s birthday, with a golf themed party. Bronze turned two in December.
With a new member in their family and the start of another season, Patrick Mahomes will look to find his momentum toward a potential three-peat, starting from square one. Meanwhile, Brittany Mahomes will continue to concretize her footing back in the gym.
