Amidst low expectations coming into 2024, the Broncos made a playoff appearance and looked like a well-oiled machine with Bo Nix at quarterback. To help him maximize that ceiling, they would be wise to invest in his supporting cast. Luther Burden III's production dropped in 2024 compared to his All-American 2023 season, but the tools are all still there.
Amos is a talented-but-inconsistent cornerback who could end up hearing his name called on Day 1. Getting him late in the second round would be a nice snag for the Panthers, who desperately need some help on the outside. His frame and athleticism suggest he could be a longtime starter, but he must iron out his eye discipline first.
No player in the class has more weapons in their pass-rush arsenal. Ezeiruaku could stand to sell a few of those weapons and become a master of a just a few of them. The sawed-off rusher’s go-to move is an arm over, which is interesting considering his lack of height. However, he also splashes in the run game with consistency.
Panthers could go for Buckeyes' cornerbacker Jordan Hancock. The young star made 29 Solo Tackles this season, along with two forced fumbles, one interception and defended eight passes.
Clemson Tigers' Jake
Briningstool could be a decent TE option for the Panthers. This season, Briningstool caught 49 passes for 530 receiving yards and 4 TDs.
For a linebacker option, the Panthers could turn their attention to Illinois' Gave Jacas. In 2024 season, Jacas made 39 tackles with 8 Sacks and 4 Forced Fumbles.
Florida State's Joshua Farmer could be another DL option for the Panthers. Farmer had a nice season in 2024. He registered 12 Solo Tackles and 4 Sacks.
Hawkeyes' Jermari Harris could also be on the Panthers' draft board. The young DB is coming off a season with 19 solo tackles, three Interceptions and seven passes defended.
Panthers could also acquire Gus Hartwig's services. The OL had a good season this year and would provide depth to Carolina's offensive line.
