Iriafen will earn $78,831 in her rookie season, $80,408 in 2026, and $88,449 in 2027. If the option is exercised, she’ll become a restricted free agent in 2029.

The No. 3 overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft, Sonia Citron, signed an identical deal to Iriafen — three years, $247,688, with a fourth-year team option worth $100,510. She’ll also earn $78,831 in her first season, $80,408 in 2026, and $88,449 in 2027. The contract could total $348,198 if the team option is picked up.

3) Shakira Austin – $91,981

Shakira Austin signed a three-year rookie deal worth $226,668 in 2022, which included a team option for 2025. The Mystics exercised that option.
