Taylor Swift captured the attention of Madison Square Garden during Game 4 of the NBA Finals, but legendary broadcaster Ernie Johnson stole the off-court spotlight during halftime.
The pop star posed for a quick photo with the longtime studio host before the New York Knicks went on to edge the San Antonio Spurs 107-106 in front of a buzzing crowd.

While Swift and other notable figures commanded the celebrity row during Wednesday’s Game 4, Johnson walked away with one of the favorite moments during a memorable night for New York.
Awful Announcing’s X account shared the post of Johnson flashing a wide smile next to Swift after the game.
“I just became the coolest grandpa in the history of the world.”

“I just became the coolest grandpa in the history of the world,” Johnson quipped.
Johnson has been a longtime voice of the NBA, appearing on “Inside the NBA” alongside Kenny Smith, Shaquille O’Neal, and Charles Barkley.
Swift, of course, is a major music superstar who does show up at a lot of NFL games to cheer on her fiancé, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
The New York crowd was treated to an absolute thriller as the Knicks rallied back from a historic 29-point deficit to beat the Spurs.
OG Anunoby had a tip-in at the rim with less than 2 seconds to secure the game-winning moment. Jalen Brunson led the Knicks with 36 points, while Anunoby added 33.
With the stunning comeback victory, the Knicks are now up 3-1 and can win an NBA championship with a win in Game 5.
San Antonio had previously snatched momentum in Game 3 with a narrow 115-111 win. Victor Wembanyama delivered a signature performance in that contest, racking up 32 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, and 3 blocks.
Game 4 looked to be headed in the same direction, with the Spurs holding a 90-75 lead to open the fourth quarter.
However, a miraculous Knicks comeback stripped San Antonio of its momentum as the series moves back to the Frost Bank Center in Texas. The Spurs must find a way to hold off a confident New York team hungry for its first NBA championship since 1973.
The Knicks will look to cap off their incredible season with one more win on Saturday, while Wembanyama and his San Antonio team will do their best to extend the series.
