Here is a breakdown of each franchise’s injury report ahead of the games tonight.

Atlanta Hawks

  • Jalen Johnson (left shoulder inflammation): Questionable
  • RayJ Dennis (two-way): Doubtful
  • Keshon Gilbert (two-way): Doubtful

Atlanta Hawks forward Jalen Johnson is questionable against the Detroit Pistons due to left shoulder inflammation. He was questionable for Atlanta’s previous two games with the same injury designation but was ultimately ruled out. If Johnson remains out, Mouhamed Gueye likely draws another start at power forward.

If the guard does not play four more regular-season games, he will be ineligible for end-of-season awards. With Cunningham sidelined, Dannis Jenkins likely continues to start at point guard for Detroit.

Stephen Curry has not played since late January due to “runner’s knee.” The Warriors hoped to get the All-Star back by the end of the week.

However, reporting indicates Curry’s knee hasn’t responded well at times, with swelling delaying his return to full practice. Golden State has struggled without its superstar, posting an 11-22 record in his absence.
