Klay Thompson sent a message to his former Golden State Warriors teammate Steph Curry.

Steph Curry is still one of the top players in the NBA at 37.

Recently, he became a sneaker free agent, which gave him the ability to wear a lot of different shoes every night.

On Sunday, Curry wore shoes honoring his former teammate Klay Thompson.

Thompson then put a message on his Instagram story for Curry.

Thompson wrote: “What a swell guy! @stephencurry30 respect”

Fans will likely enjoy seeing Thompson and Curry continue to show love for each other, as they are one of the best duos in all of NBA history.

During their time as teammates, the Warriors made the NBA Finals six times (and won four titles).

Thompson signed with the Mavs during the summer of 2024.

The five-time All-Star is currently averaging 11.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists per contest while shooting 38.8% from the field and 37.5% from three-point range in 49 games.

Right now, the Mavs are the 12th seed in the Western Conference with a 19-35 record in 54 games.

As for Curry, he is averaging 27.2 points, 3.5 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 46.8% from the field and 39.1% from three-point range in 39 games.

He has spent all 17 seasons of his pro career playing for Golden State.

The Warriors are the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 29-26 record in 55 games.

On March 23, the Warriors will visit Thompson and the Mavs in Dallas.

Earlier this season, the Mavs beat the Warriors (in Dallas) by a score of 123-115.

Despite the loss, Curry exploded for 38 points (while Thompson had just six).
