On Wednesday, Westbrook is celebrating his 37th birthday.

One person who sent him a message was his wife (Nina Westbrook).

Her post had over 15,000 likes in eight hours.

She wrote: “Happy Birthday My Love. You’ve always been too good to be true, and I live in awe of you every day, watching you go. HBD, and we love you. 🖤”

Westbrook also responded back in the comments.

He wrote: “Thank you Suga! ❤️ I love you.”

Back in January, the 2017 MVP made a heartfelt post for Nina.

Looking Back At Westbrook’s Career Over 18 Seasons

Westbrook was the fourth pick in the 2008 NBA Draft out of UCLA.

He spent the first 11 years of his career playing for the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Following a legendary run with OKC, the nine-time NBA All-Star went on to play for the Houston Rockets, Washington Wizards, Los Angeles Lakers, LA Clippers and Denver Nuggets (before the Kings).

His career averages are 21.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, 8.0 assists and 1.6 steals per contest while shooting 43.9% from the field and 30.7% from three-point range in 1,248 games.

The Kings are currently the 13th seed in the Western Conference with a 3-8 record in 11 games.

They will host the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday night in Sacramento.
