On Sunday afternoon, the Houston Rockets played the Milwaukee Bucks in Wisconsin.
The Rockets won by a score of 122-115.
Kevin Durant finished the victory with 31 points, three rebounds and seven assists while shooting 11/15 from the field and 2/2 from three-point range in 37 minutes of playing time.

In addition to his big game, Durant also made NBA history.
The 15-time All-Star tied Kyle Lowry for 13th on the all-time three-pointers made list (2,206).
Durant was traded to the Rockets over the offseason after spending part of three seasons playing for the Phoenix Suns.
He came into the day with averages of 24.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.1 steals per contest while shooting 47.0% from the field and 38.2% from three-point range.

With the victory, the Rockets improved to 6-3 in their first nine games, which has them as the fifth seed in the Western Conference.
They are an impressive 4-2 in the six games they have played on the road away from Houston.
Following the Bucks, the Rockets will play their next game on Wednesday night when they host the Washington Wizards.
Durant was the second pick in the 2007 NBA Draft after one season of college basketball at Texas.
The 2014 MVP has also spent time playing for the Brooklyn Nets, Golden State Warriors and Oklahoma City Thunder (in addition to the Suns and Rockets).

As for the Bucks, they dropped to 6-4 in ten games, which has them as the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference.
