No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and any type of purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Pro Football Network Inc., incorporated in the State of Delaware (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all individuals worldwide who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by local laws.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represent that they meet the eligibility requirements.
4. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted on X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and other social platform’s at the Sponsor’s choosing beginning on Monday, April 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM ET and ending on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 11:45 AM ET. All entries must be received before the deadline.
5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Run at least a one-round mock draft on the PFSN Mock Draft Simulator.
- Screenshot or download their mock draft results.
- Reply in the comment section of the original Giveaway post with their mock draft attached.
There is no limit to the number of entries per account. However, if it is suspected that a participant is using automated means (such as bots) to enter the Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify that participant from the contest.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a gaming system of their choice, such as a PlayStation 5, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch, with a total value of up to $600 USD. If the selected system is priced below $600 USD, the winner forfeits the remaining value; no cash or credit will be issued for the difference.
If the chosen system is unavailable in the winner’s region, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable item or prize of equal value at their sole discretion.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random by the Sponsor on or about Wednesday, April 23, 2025, and notified via direct message on the platform in which they entered the contest within 24 hours of the Giveaway closing.
The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within that time or is otherwise ineligible, a new winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is included and available internationally. The Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees
- Delays due to international shipping or local regulations
- Items held or confiscated by customs in the winner’s country
If delivery is not possible due to local laws or restrictions, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a digital prize of equal or lesser value.
9. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to allow the Sponsor to use their name, username, and/or likeness for promotional purposes in connection with the Giveaway, without additional compensation or notice.
10. Terms and Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates the rules or tampers with the entry process.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you release and hold harmless the Sponsor and X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and all other social platforms in which the contest is held, and their respective affiliates and employees, from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or receipt of the prize.
12. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
13. Privacy
Any personal information provided by entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information will only be used to administer the Giveaway and notify the winner.
