2019 NFL Draft: Dominant defenders lead Week 13 NFL rookies stock report

The holiday season is here, and we've reached the final quarter of the season. The Week 13 NFL rookie stock report looks at who kicked it off with a bang.

For my money, there’s no better time of the year than the holidays. Many of us get to see family members we see but once or twice a year. We’re given time to reflect on the past year and all of the accomplishments and growth we’ve achieved, and we get to be blessed with good times, good food, and best of all, good football!

So, too, have many NFL teams been blessed this season by their latest crop of rookies. Many of those same rookies were blessed with incredible performances in week 13. Among those blessings, Chiefs rookie defensive back Juan Thornhill was blessed with his first-ever NFL touchdown. Rookie quarterbacks David Blough and Drew Lock were blessed with their first starts in the NFL, and both recorded their first touchdowns as well.

The holidays are a time of giving and receiving. Each NFL team gave the 2019 class of rookies a chance to live out their dream of playing a game they love on the biggest stage. In turn, many of those rookies are giving their teams dominant performances. However, not every team is receiving as much as they had hoped for from these new NFL rookies.

Which rookies were in the giving spirit in Week 13? Which NFL rookies gave their teams a lump of coal as we turn the calendar to December? It’s time to unwrap the NFL rookies stock report for Week 13.
